Ordering

Terms of Sales

1) All orders must be prepaid with the exception of libraries. Payment is in US$. If paying with either Visa/MC please include card number, expiration date and name on the card.

2) Postage for first book is $3.50 and each additional book is $1.00. Books will be shipped USPS fourth-class book rate.

Postage for a CD is $2.50 and each additional CD is $0.50. CD's will be shipped USPS first class.  If a book is ordered with the CD the CD is shipped free with the book. 

Postage for orders shipped to outside of US will be for actual charges.

3) Illinois residents must add 6.75% state sales tax.

4) Books & CDs are returnable if they are defective. I must be notified within three days of receiving the order for return authorization.

How to Order

To place an order you will need the book number and the title. If you plan to pay by check you may still want to phone or e-mail your order. I will then hold the book until I receive your payment.
