McLean county is in central Illinois and is surrounded by Woodford County, Livingston County, Ford County, Champaign County, Piatt County, DeWitt County, Logan County, and Tazewell County. The county seat is Bloomington and the towns and townships are Anchor, Arrowsmith, Bellflower, Bloomington, Carlock, Chenoa, Colfax, Cooksville, Danvers, Downs, Ellsworth, Gridley, Heyworth, Hudson, Le Roy, Lexington, McLean, Normal, Saybrook, Stanford, and Towanda.
